‘Love yourself first, Mumma’ is the debut book by young Mum, Courtney Lorking. After experiencing depression and anxiety as a teenager and into her adult life, Courtney turned to health, fitness and overall wellness. She quickly found what a positive and important role these aspects play in mental health and in 2018 she completed her personal trainers’ certification. The years since have led to a passion for learning all things wellness. Courtney’s personal experience and continued thirst for ways to improve the everyday have helped her make the connection between physical, mental and emotional health.
